Celia Chang
Brand Manager Amaroni's

Celia150Celia joined the Amaroni’s team in 1998 when it first opened and has been with the restaurant ever since.  Before joining Amaroni’s, Celia was working at the Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill, where she started as a Receptionist in 1991 and worked her way up to become the Regional Operations Manager.    

Leading a team of 50+ staff, Celia has successfully worked with the team to introduce the American-Italian Food Concept to Hong Kong, which was new to most people in the 1990s.  The decorations in the Restaurant - Big Chandelier hanging on the ceiling, the Paintings on the wall, and the Italian music playing in the restaurant, has even become a unique signature of the Restaurant.  Recently Celia was also being asked to become the Brand Manager with the Amaroni’s in GuangZhou, China, where she will continue to work with the team to introduce different food concepts and to provide the best dining service for the customers.    

In her time away from work, Celia enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.

Christina Wong
Brand Manager Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill 

Christina150Christina joined Dan Ryan's in 1994. With her previous working experience at a 5-Star hotel and her constant drive for service excellence, Christina worked her way up from restaurant manager to multi-unit manager. In addition to  spending 17 years at Dan Ryan's flagship store at Pacific Place, Christina has taken the lead in opening the Dan Ryan's Festival Walk and Beijing stores. Her practical experience in restaurant operations covers staff training, team restructuring, monitoring customer satisfaction, menu development and marketing. Christina not only focuses on customer satisfaction, she cares about her colleagues and she enjoys working with her team on the floor.

Christina is a mother of two. She considers her loving family God sent and she values every single moment she spends with them amid her busy daily schedule.

Jeff Lee
Senior Vice President of Operations of BPH TW

jefflee150Jeff Lee is from Taichung, Taiwan.  He had pursued his Hotel & Restaurant Management diploma at Humber College, Toronto, Canada in late 80’s. He had also completed both Hotel & Restaurant Management Bachelor and Master degrees at FIU, Miami, USA in earlier 90’s. After academic achievements, Jeff had served with TGI Friday’s (Taiwan) for 10 years as the Operations Director. He had also worked for Blockbuster (Taiwan) for 2.2 years as the National Operations Director. The important career’s achievement of Jeff was to introduce Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant chain to Taiwan in 2008.   Jeff is also the auditor of “Remarkable Service”.  He has been a PT Associate Professor among many colleges in Taiwan for 20 years.  On Aug. 4th, 2014, Jeff was announced as the Managing Director of TGI FRIDAYS (Taiwan).
